no subtitles and transcript

I can't see the subtitles in this video and don't have a transcript too. Please help! My english it's not so good. Thank's!

Unfortunately, because NZ is a very small country, with VERY few portuguese speakers (I only recall meeting two, around 30 years ago), I honestly would be surprised if there was anyone able to add subtitles and/or a transcript on their staff.

I don't know if there are auto-generated translations available, so regretfully I could only suggest taking this as a chance to learn the english terms and meanings - useful if you want to go overseas, or ask to have your payment refunded.

I'm writing to you regarding the recent video on Step 4 only. While I've been consistently impressed with the quality of the course material. I noticed this particular video was missing english subtitles. I reviewed all the previous materials and confirmed that it is the only video where this has happened. I would greatly appreciate it if you could add subtitles to it.

Apart from this specific instance, I'm very happy with the course. Up to this point everything has been very well-explained, and I'm learning a great deal. André is a fantastic instructor, and I hope to one day be as knowledgeable a tuner as he is.

I want to be clear that I'm not seeking a refund. My main concern is that missing subtitles in future videos will affect my ability to learn. As long as this issue is addressed in this video, and there aren't similar problems in future content, I'm very satisfied.
