This gets a little complex as the PE is dependent on throttle position where as normally on a FI application we would use MAP as a crossover to openloop. The aim then is to find the throttle position point that the engine begins transitioning into positive pressure. This will typically be lower than the sort of throttle position setting you'd use in a N/A engine.
You can use the PE table from the likes of the supercharged LSA engine as a guideline. This table in a stock calibration uses values around 12-19%.
