Subaru ECU Definitions

I been tuning stand alone as an enthusiast for 10 years now (Haltech) and just started transitioning into Subaru Open Source tuning. I have a 2007 JDM development car that I am unable to find well defined Romraider and ECUFlash definitions. The ROM in questions is A4TJ121S. Any advice you can give on where to source some well define files?

Also, for the JDM V 7-9 STI 16 bit ECUs with immobilizers, is there a way to clone the complete firmware from an 07 ECU to an 05?

Lastly, coming from stand alone tuning to Reflashing I have always been able to reassign pin assignments to suit my needs. I noticed that quite a few pins on the factory ECU are empty, and i am wondering if there a way to activate these inputs/outputs to allow functionality. For example my car does not have TGV assigned, however the ECU might be able to control TGVs with a Firmware update. how can I access that part of the code and assigned the TGV inputs to oil/fuel pressure sensors to incorporate engine protections/limp mode on the factory ECU?

Sounds like what you are looking for are known as "patches"

As far as the DEF for your car im sure if you ask on ROM Raider for someone to go over the BIN and see if they can pull more data out of it for you..

I can open iot up in ECU Edit if you like and see what's avliable.. Ok just done some digging and your rom hasnt been done, and it referes to A4TJ121C

I attached two Print Screens of EcuFlash with with the ROM info from my car. it shows a A4TJ121B ROM and as you can tell from the second print screen, its missing (grayed out) a lot of definitions specially for the Group N Conditions.

I was also able to source an ECU pin out for it and it seems as this particular ECU does have the hardware to drive TGVs, however those inputs/outputs are not being utilized since by the factory code on this ROM. I would like to find or learn how to create "patches" to bring in oil/fuel pressure sensors via the TGV inputs and add additional functions to the factory code.

I added the complete hex. code file of my ECU below. let me know if you can help.

Those grayed out maps are grayed out becuase your ECU does not have those maps.

Your not missing out its just the def file covers many roms that all have the same map name at different address within the rom.
