Hi Andre and whomever, I'm curious about how and when I would begin trying to optimize transient values while road tuning. I've got a 2013 Camaro LS with the 3.6LFX and this particular engine has both a MAF and MAP sensor. In a situation where I've logged and potentially rescaled the speed density tables(closed loop and then open as per instructions), how would I use this optimized data to improve the "unrealistic" discrepancies seen after immediately opening the throttle?
If I remember back to the Fundamentals class, this is usually managed through the TPS. Is there any way to make the same adjustments through modifying the speed density tables? If so is this a better approach? Would it be better to begin making these adjustments before or after the final ramp run test?
I hope somebody can shed some insight, Johnathan.
